Dingwall D-Roc Standard 5-String Bass Ducati Pearl White
Dingwall D-Roc Standard 5-String Bass Ducati Pearl White
DESCRIPTION
The D-Roc Standard is a player-driven instrument that sits on the rockier side of the tone tracks, but it’s far from a one-trick pony. With a 4-position Quad-Tone rotary pickup selector that offers four distinct voicings, the D-Roc Standard will help you deliver your own sound to your audience in its purest possible form.
The body is constructed from an African mahogany called khaya, with a five-piece maple neck and pau ferro fingerboard. Each of the four color options have been finished with a polyurethane coat, making this D-Roc really stand out from the crowd. The growing endorsee list gives an indication of where they’re proving popular – current users include Jermaine Blandford (Jazmine Sullivan), Pete Griffin (Dethklok) and Nick Campbell (Scary Pockets).
The D-Roc Standard is triple-loaded with FD-3n passive pickups. The key to their punchy tone is the use of Neodymium magnets; higher output means a more aggressive sound. Using the 4-position Quad-Tone pickup selector, you can choose to operate just the bridge pickup, the bridge and middle pickups, just the middle pickup, or the bridge, middle and neck pickup in unison. The remaining controls comprise passive tone and master volume.

We never embellish, oversaturate, or misrepresent our images, so that your buying experience can be as much like visiting our showroom as possible. Keep in mind that various computer screens can show colors a bit differently, so the color on your screen may not match the real thing perfectly no matter how hard we try. Also, unless otherwise noted, we individually list and photo every piece of gear that comes through our doors.
