Cosmetic Condition: Guitar is in near mint condition.  There is a small scratch below the bridge pickup that can be seen in our listing photos.  It is almost impossible to photograph but you can see it highlighted in the photos.  Overall, excellent condition.

Tech Notes: Setup to factory spec with PRS 10's. Neck Relief 0.010". String Height at 12th Fret (5/64" - 4/64"). Plays great throughout entire neck with great intonation and no buzz.
