Cosmetic Condition: Guitar is in excellent condition with a few minor flaws. There are a few scratches on the back of the guitar and a small ding on the top of the headstock.

Tech Notes: Great player with medium low action and flat relief. New set of Martin Titanium Core strings. No fretwear, and no board wear. This guitar seems very well cared for and is in perfect working order. To get this to optimal playing condition a small precision ebony shim was made to get the action exactly where it needed to be!
