1994 Sadowsky 5-String Red
1994 Sadowsky 5-String Red
SPECS
Weight: 9.2 lbs
Case: Hardshell Case
Condition: Very good with some dings and marks on the body. Finish chip on side of the bass. There are a few marks on the back of the neck that are very difficult to photograph from a hairline neck crack re-glue. We photographed the region for reference - but it is a bit tricky to see.
Year: 1994
Tech Notes: Bass, Hardware, and Electronics have been cleaned/tested and are functioning appropriately. Fretboard cleaned and Frets polished. Extremely minor fret wear along the first couple frets, with no impact on the playability of the bass. Setup with minimal neck relief and medium/low action. Plays great throughout the entire neck with consistent intonation. Very light fret buzz when playing harder higher up the fretboard past fret 12 along the B string. Fantastic feeling/sounding instrument with a long life ahead of it.
Dunlop Strap side locks in case.
Mods/Repairs/Issues: Clearly loved by the previous owner you can see some marks of wear throughout. Ding on lower horn of bass was glue stabilized and matched to the clear coat. There were a couple small hairline neck cracks that were re-glued. These were minor cosmetic damage and are stable with no concern to the heath of the instrument.
