Cosmetic Condition: Bass is in very good condition. There are plenty of dents/dings/scratches throughout, but nothing that takes away from the instruments playability in any way. See our listing photos for a detailed look at the bass and its imperfections.
Tech Notes: This bass plays great with a new set of 45-100 D'Addario Phosphor Bronze Acoustic Bass strings. The action is on the medium to medium/high side at 5/32" measured across the 12th fret marker, while the relief is minimal and the saddle height is low. Still plays wonderfully and easily, but a bit higher than usually desired for a fretless. The bass was outfitted with an split under saddle piezo system, powered by a 9v battery inside the body.
